What is the current price of WTI oil?

U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude CLc1 futures were up 25 cents, or 0.2%, at $118.75 a barrel. The benchmark hit a three-month high of $120.99 on Monday.

Why did oil prices rise a week again?

Oil prices posted a weekly again as hopes for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war appeared to fade. Crude prices inched higher Friday with the West Texas Intermediate contract for March adding 62 cents to settle at $76.84 a barrel. The Brent contract settled at $82.19 a barrel, up 56 cents.
